3. Purposes of processing your personal data and the legal basis for processing

At APT&RIGHT, we will process your personal data because you are a contact person for us at our client or contractor, or potential client or contractor.

Therefore, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

Contacting you regarding ongoing matters, including the performance of agreements between us and the legal entity you represent, presenting offers, receiving orders, responding to inquiries, transmitting and discussing settlements. The legal basis for data processing is APT&RIGHT's legitimate interest in maintaining current contact with our contractors (i.e., their employees/associates), which does not infringe upon your rights or freedoms.

Inviting you to participate in training sessions and providing other information about APT&RIGHT's activities, as well as other information regarding potential forms of cooperation. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest consisting in maintaining relationships with the employees and associates of our contractors, which does not harm your rights or freedoms.

Defending against any potential claims or pursuing any claims related to the agreement with the entity you work for or represent, in the event of a dispute arising from the agreement. The legal basis for data processing is APT&RIGHT's legitimate interest consisting in the ability to defend against claims or pursue claims, which does not harm your rights or freedoms.

4. Data source

We have obtained your data directly from you or from the legal entity you represent. From the legal entity you represent, we receive data such as your name, work phone number, email address, workplace, position, or information about the type of matters you deal with.

5. Data retention

3. Purposes of processing your personal data and the legal basis for processing

At APT&RIGHT, we will process your personal data when you will apply for the position.

In relation to recruitment at APT&RIGHT, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Assessing your qualifications for the position you are applying for.

  • Evaluating your skills and abilities required for the position you are applying for.

  • Selecting the appropriate candidate for employment at APT&RIGHT.

With your separate consent, we will also process your data for future recruitment processes.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows:

  • In the case of an employment contract: legal provision (Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) related to the processing necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract – regarding the following data: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history. If you provide additional data beyond the mentioned ones, such as in your CV and cover letter, your consent is required for processing this data for recruitment purposes.

  • In the case of a cooperation agreement: regarding the following data: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history – this data is processed based on your consent for recruitment purposes.

  • Necessity of processing for the conclusion of an employment contract or cooperation agreement.

  • Our legitimate interest – regarding the data collected during the job interview. We have a legitimate interest in assessing your skills and abilities to determine if you are suitable for the position we are recruiting for, while ensuring it does not infringe upon your rights or freedoms.

  • Your consent to the processing of data for future recruitment purposes.

4. Data retention

At APT&RIGHT, we will retain your personal data until the completion of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. If you have provided separate consent for the processing of data for future recruitment purposes, we will retain your data for a period of 2 years from the date of your consent.
