We have obtained your data directly from you or from the legal entity you represent. From the legal entity you represent, we receive data such as your name, work phone number, email address, workplace, position, or information about the type of matters you deal with.

In relation to recruitment at APT&RIGHT, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

In the case of an employment contract: legal provision (Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) related to the processing necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract – regarding the following data: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history. If you provide additional data beyond the mentioned ones, such as in your CV and cover letter, your consent is required for processing this data for recruitment purposes.
In the case of a cooperation agreement: regarding the following data: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history – this data is processed based on your consent for recruitment purposes.
